Governor Larry Hogan made a special tribute Tuesday to a fallen Montgomery County officer.
A portion of Georgia Avenue in Olney was dedicated in memory of Officer Noah Leotta.
Leotta was killed by a drunk driver in December 2015 while pulling over another suspected drunk driver.
Noah's Law was passed in his honor to expand Maryland's ignition interlock program. It will go into effect Oct. 1.
