Court backtracks on Pit Bull ruling

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Not all Pit Bulls are inherently dangerous.  That is the latest ruling by the state's highest court.

The Maryland Court of Appeals partly backed off its original ruling and has now removed cross-breeds from the ruling.

It now says only pure-bred Pit Bulls are inherently dangerous.

The judge says the initial ruling went too far by including cross-breeds, but at this point the definition of cross-breed is unclear.
