BALTIMORE — Two people aboard a boat taking on water near Hart Miller Island were rescued by the Coast Guard Sunday.
Coast Guard watchstanders received a report from Baltimore County Fire Rescue dispatch that a boat was taking on water in the Chesapeake Bay.
Boat crews from Baltimore County Fire Rescue and Maryland Natural Resources Police, and a helicopter crew from Maryland State Police also responded to the call.
Rescuers escorted the boat to Rocky Point Marina.
No injuries were reported.
