BALTIMORE - BGE is working on restoring power to thousands of customers who lost power during Friday night's blustery, violent thunderstorm. Sunday evening BGE.com was reporting more than 246,000 customers were still without power. Then on Sunday night another 12,000 lost power.

Crews have restored power to about 417,789 customers total since Friday. About 236,062 customers are still without power.
Baltimore County was the hardest hit with more than 160,000 reported outages immediately after the storm. As of 10:00 p.m. Sunday the county has 72,526 customers without power. Baltimore City was right behind the county with 69,987 outages. Anne Arundel county reports 49,416 outages and Howard County has 24,222 customers without power.
