The Federal Hill Business Association is sponsoring Historically Hip Halloween, the annual Trick-or-Treat event in the Historical Federal Hill Business District on Halloween, October 31, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Over sixty participating businesses will open their doors to any “little ghosts or goblins” and hand out festive treats. All of the local merchants involved will be marked with orange and black balloons so families can easily identify them.
