Baltimore company abruptly shuts down

Complaints are starting to roll in for a decades old Baltimore company that abruptly shut its doors.

The license holder for Welsh Construction Re-modeling turned in their paperwork last Thursday, effectively shutting down the company after more than 40 years of operation.

Since then three complaints have been filed with the Maryland home improvement commission.

Each person claims they paid thousands of dollars for work that has not been completed.
