Wild horses known for roaming Assateague Island National Seashore in Maryland and Virginia will be featured on a new Forever Stamp in honor of the National Park Service’s 100th anniversary.

The United States Postal Service previewed the stamp Wednesday as part of a collection of 16 Forever Stamp images to roll out over the next three weeks. Photographer Tim Fitzharris of Fayetteville, Ariz. captured the selected image of the island’s horses.

A ceremony marking the stamps’ release will be held in New York City on June 2 at the Javits Center as part of the World Stamp Show-NY 2016. The Postal Service says additional ceremonies will take place locally at each of the National Park sites to receive a stamp.
