A man suspected of fatally shooting his son in College Park, then turning the gun on himself, is believed to have first killed his wife in their Bel Air home before traveling to Prince George's County, police said.

According to a release from the Prince George's Police Department, Nasir Siddique, 57, of the 1200 block of Mikara Court in Bel Air, is suspected of killing his son, Farhad Siddique, 19.

Farhad Siddique had been reported missing to University of Maryland police Wednesday evening.

Around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, police found both him and Nasir Siddique suffering from gunshot wounds in Nasir Siddique's car.

Their bodies were found in a parking lot in the 8100 block of 48th Avenue, about a mile from the University of Maryland campus.

Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives believe the father shot his son, then himself.

Police in Harford County are also investigating the murder of Siddique's wife, and believe he killed her at their home before going to Prince George's County.

According to a release from the Harford County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to Nasir Siddique's residence, following a request to check on the wellbeing of the residents.

Deputies found Zarqa Siddique, 48, dead in a bathroom, suffering from a gunshot wound to her head. It is believed she died several hours before she was found.
