Small Miracles Cat & Dog Rescue is hoping someone recognizes this puppy.
According to the organization, which is located in Ellicott City, the puppy was stolen from the rescue.
The puppy is just 4 months old and has gorgeous blue eyes. She was stolen just hours after she arrived at the shelter.
