Laurel Police have arrested a second suspect in the death of retired FBI agent Scott Horn. Jason Allen Byrd, 42, of Westminster, Maryland was arrested Monday.
Byrd has been charged in the homicide of Horn, 62, that happened on March 16, 2017 in the 200 block of Patuxent Road in Laurel.
Horn's estranged wife Anne Reed Allen was also charged with his death. Allen was arrested and charged on June 30. Allen and Byrd have been charged with 1st degree murder and related charges. They're both being held at the Prince George's County Department of Corrections.
