A Windsor Mill man working for a concrete company in Jessup died Friday morning in a fatal accident.
Howard County police said officers and rescue crews were dispatched at approximately 5:20 a.m. to Hanson Concrete Products in the 7900 block of Dorsey Run Road for a report of an industrial accident involving an adult male employee.
Police arrived to find the man unresponsive and trapped in a piece of heavy machinery.
The man, identified as Agrey Emile Coudakpo, 32, died on the scene.
The accident is being investigated by the Howard County Police Department and Maryland Occupational Safety and Health Agency (MOSHA).
