ELLICOTT CITY, Md. - Howard County Executive Ken Ulman is announcing a new anti-bullying program.
Ulman will make the announcement May 1st in Ellicott City.
All they'll say so far is that the initiative is made up of three components:
A technology-driven reporting tool to be used to for the first time ever in a community-based setting, allowing parents and children to file anonymous, real-time incident reports about bullying.
A social marketing campaign to raise awareness of bullying with children and adults.
And, training and resources for people who work with children.
The announcement will begin at 10 a.m.
