Michael Dooley was last seen Friday. Howard County Police say his car was spotted crossing The Bay Bridge heading towards the Eastern Shore.

Dooley's family is distraught and terrified. Three of his children talked to ABC2.  They said they're in shock and have spent three days reconstructing their father's possible steps.

"We've been doing a lot of searching today in the last 24 to 48 hours we've been patrolling, perusing anywhere that we think he might be," said his son, Chris Dooley.

Brothers Chris and Kevin Dooley walked back to the Ellicott City condo their 65-year-old father was last seen leaving Friday around 11 a.m.

"This is our dad, this is very uncharacteristic of him, extremely uncharacteristic of him," Chris Dooley said.

That's why the Dooley family is so confused and worried.

Chris Dooley added, "He's been close with all of us, including my mom for my whole life."

"When I go back through and replay everything that I know that's happened, I've lost it, I've broken down I'm terrified at what could happen," said son Kevin Dooley.

Police say Dooley has no medical issues that would cause him to disappear without telling his family.

Daughter Cara Dooley, told ABC2, "You just think the worst and it's hard, every hour that passes by you can't suppress some of the bad thoughts."

Howard County Police are investigating. They said there's been no activity on his phone, credit cards or bank accounts.

Anyone with information on Dooley's whereabouts is asked to call 911.
