A Halloween festival in Howard County experiences issues over the weekend.
The CarnEvil festival at Merriweather Park experienced multiple electrical outages throughout the park.
It was postponed all weekend and all tickets for this past weekend will be honored at later dates.
Emails with further instructions will let those who purchased tickets know when they can use them.
