One teen dead, 2 hurt in Bel Air crash

BEL AIR, Md. - A teenager is dead and two others are hurt after a serious crash in Harford County early Sunday morning.

Police say around 1:30 a.m. Ryan Christ, 19, was driving a 2002 Honda Civic on Moores Mill Road in Bel Air when he lost control and hit a fire hydrant and then a tree. Christ and another passenger were trapped in the car. A third teen was able to get out on his own.

Members of the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company  freed Christ and the trapped passenger. Christ was first taken to local hospital where he was stabilized. He was then transported to Shock Trauma where he died.

Both passengers, identified as Zachary Salkowski, 19  and Conrad Dax, 19 were taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for treatment. Their conditions are unknown.
