A 34-year-old man was injured during a home invasion in Aberdeen early Monday.

Aberdeen Police were dispatched just after 1 a.m. to the unit block of Lewis Drive for a home invasion report.

The victim told police that a tall black male forced entry into his home and assaulted him. The victim was able to push the suspect from the home, who then fled the scene in a red Ford Ranger driven by a white female with blonde hair.

Officers weren’t able to locate the suspect vehicle.

The victim was taken to Harford Memorial hospital for injuries sustained during the altercation.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Aberdeen Police Department at 410-272-2121 and request to speak with Detective Alexander.
