It will be a brain freeze degree, but worth it. No the classes are not in Cookies and Cream and Rocky Road.
TIC Gums wants you to put your science hat on, mix a little, stir a little, and pour a little. If you concoct the right flavor and texture and market it well, there is a nice payday waiting for you.
Over the past five weeks, 17 high schoolers were challenged to come up with an ice cream. You have to make the flavor, you have to market it and then if the judges love it, your work will go the the Ice Cream Mecca of Harford County, Broom Bloom Dairy.
The winner? Raspberry Tea-riffic and it will be produced and sold at the dairy over the Memorial Day weekend.
