The Harford County Health Department will offer free naloxone training Thursday.
Those participating will learn how to use naloxone - a potentially life-saving drug that can reverse the effects of opioids such as heroin.
Participants will receive Narcan kits for free.
Anyone 18 and over is invited to attend the training at the health department's office, located at 120 S Hays St. in Bel Air from 6-7 p.m.
