No place has seen heroin's grip tighten faster than Harford County.
The drug is so pervasive there that Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler has made eradicating the problem a top priority. Last spring, Gahler formed the Hope of Harford workshop to attack the epidemic.
ABC2's Charley Crowson sat down with the sheriff to talk about where things stand in the department's fight against heroin.
