About 1700 BGE customers are still without power after a storm hit in Harford County Sunday night.
Up to four inches of rain fell in the area, leaving Havre de Grace residents with flooded roads and homes, as well as shin-high waters.
Several people were stuck in their cars in high waters.
The Havre de Grace Police Department tweeted the following video of flood damage at Juniata and Otsego Streets:

Roads have since reopened.
