Queen Anne's County man missing since Thursday

Family says he may be distraught

CENTREVILLE, Md. - Queen Anne’s County sheriffs are on the lookout for a 23-year-old Centreville man who has been missing since Thursday, March 13.

Cortland Read Lambert was last seen by his parents leaving their home on Wednesday. A widespread search was initiated Thursday evening.

Lambert is described as 6-feet, 2-inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities said he may be distressed by a delay in plans to join the military. Lambert’s parents told police he may have taken a shotgun from their home before he left.
