Police have released the identity of a woman found dead in the snow in Carroll County Sunday.
Amy Schuerholz Metz, 43, of the 800 block of Wellesley Court in Hampstead was found dead in the road in the same block as her home.

The Carroll County Sheriff's Office is investigating the circumstances of her death.
Metz's body was taken to the medical examiner's office in Baltimore for an autopsy.
