A Westminster woman has been charged with numerous drug offenses for allegedly sending a package of Suboxone to an inmate in the Carroll County Detention Center.
Chastity Forney, 38, was arrested after the Carroll County Sheriff's Office learned about a package delivered to the jail on March 28.
She was released on bond Wednesday.
