A 12-inch water main break shut down the 4100 block of E. Joppa Road in Perry Hall Wednesday morning.
The water main broke around 4:30 a.m. and has affected 20 services in the area. Repairs closed E. Joppa Road between Bel Air Road and Seven Courts Drive.
Motorists are advised to use Bel Air Road as an alternate route.
