Skipjack's Restaurant and Sports Bar is expected to reopen more than a week after massive flooding shut it down.
Owner Rick Remeta said the restaurant has been cleaned out and inspected by the health department and will open again Friday.

The flooding happened after a water main break on Belair Road. Remeta shot a cell phone video as water poured into the kitchen and throughout the building, prompting workers to use whatever they could find to try to stop it.
"We filled garbage backs up with crab seasoning trying to make human sandbags––anything to keep the water from coming in,” he said at the time. “It was just impossible."
