A 91-year-old woman who was last seen driving a silver Hyundai Accent on Route 40 early Tuesday evening has been found safe and unharmed, according to Baltimore County Police.
Police say Josephine Parks, of Middle River, was driving behind a relative around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday when she became separated in traffic.
