If you've always wanted to learn another language, now is your chance. Baltimore County Public Library is offering free access to Rosetta Stone.

It's all thanks to the Sailor program and funding from the state. All Maryland libraries now have completely free access to the collection of 30 language courses.

"We are thrilled that Sailor is providing Rosetta Stone for BCPL customers," said Collections Development Coordinator Jamie Watson. "It provides a nice complement, and another approach, to language learning than our current Mango Languages service and our classic print materials."

To use the program, check out the BCPL's Research Databases & Tools page. You should have your BCPL card number and pin code handy to log in. All your progress in the course will be saved under your library card information.
