Members of the community placed flowers at the graves of war veterans, some dating back to the Civil War, at the Reisterstown Community Cemetery Monday.
A wreath laying ceremony honored soldiers who served in wars from the American Revolution to present day. 100 years ago, The U.S. entered World War I, so there was also a special tribute to two Marylanders who fought in that war - Hugh and John Farrady.
The brothers were both killed in France within months of each other.
