UPDATE: Baltimore County police have found 11-year-old Dulaney Otiano in good condition.
Baltimore County police are using a search and rescue bloodhound to search for an 11-year-old boy who went missing in frigid temperatures.
Police said Dulaney Otiano was not dressed for 20 degree weather when he went missing from his home in the 4900 block of Dromoland Court around 2 p.m. Saturday. He was wearing a short sleeve black t-shirt with a cartoon character on the front and jean shorts. Police said he is not wearing a coat or shoes.
Otiano is described as a dark skinned-African American boy with short black hair approximately 5 foot 3, and 99 pounds.
His mother told police that he was acting strangely all day and she does not think he will come home on his own.
Baltimore County Police officers are actively searching for a missing critical child.
