Baltimore County Crash Investigators are looking for the driver or passengers of a car that drove past a deadly crash back in October.

Police say a darker colored, possibly green, Ford Focus RS was exiting the outer loop of I-695 around the same time as a car that lost control and crashed into a house, killing the driver.

The Ford Focus is between the model years of 2003 to 2009 and is modified with low profile rally style rims, a lowered body, an after-market exhaust, and may be turbo equipped.

On October 14, Baltimore County police say Gary Wayne Auberg III was driving west on Philadelphia Road near Kenwood Avenue when he lost control of his Hyundai Genesis 2H as he passed other cars. After running off the road, Auberg hit a mailbox and fence post, and then collided with the concrete foundation of a house.

Police say the Ford Focus was also seen driving past the crash right after it happened. Officers say the car was not involved in the crash, but they want to speak to the driver or passengers in the car to see if they have any information on the crash.

Anyone with information regarding this vehicle, the driver, or any possible occupants is asked to contact Baltimore County Police at 410-307-2020.
