Police investigating death of Baltimore County worker plowing snow

KINGSVILLE, Md. - Baltimore County Police are investigating the death of a county worker who was plowing snow at a former golf course.

Officers say 57-year-old Philip Wayne Higgins of Belcamp was found lying in a parking lot at the old Gunpowder Falls Golf Course in Kingsville about 11:35 a.m. Monday.
Police say he was lying about 10 to 20 feet from his county truck.
Higgins was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled multiple injuries as the cause of death and the manner of death was accidental.
Police say it may have been a vehicle-involved incident.
