Police conduct DUI checkpoint at Key Bridge

SPARROWS POINT, Md. - Police will be stopping drivers at the Key Bridge on Friday night in a sobriety checkpoint.

Maryland Transportation Authority Police will run the checkpoint at the toll plaza. During the checkpoint, officers will hand out information about the laws and penalties for DUIs.

In 2013 the MDTA Police arrested more than 1,100 impaired drivers.
