In life, it is all about finding your passion. And in Bill Dau’s second life he wants to come back as a chef.
Bill has spent his entire life in the business of death, but he is cooking up a new life with his son Joe. Daddy Dau and Joe Dau are Double D’s.

Bill started working for funeral homes when he attended Overlea High School.
One night he said, “What the luck, lets try a food truck.”
With his son Joe who is a talented chef, the two decided to refurbish a truck and put in on the streets. It took a lot of money and 18 months of passing rules and regulations.
But finally the Double D One the Run Truck is rolling serving up meatball and cheese steak subs.
