A woman found walking in the Parkville area early Tuesday morning has been reunited with her family, Baltimore County Police said.
The woman was found walking in the area of Red Oak Road and Willow Oak Road around 3 a.m. She was confused and unable to give officers enough information to locate her home, a relative, or a caregiver, police said, though she said her name was Barbara Powell.
Police located her family around 8:30 a.m.
