Man rescued from water in Randallstown

RANDALLSTOWN, Md. - A man is in critical condition after being rescued following being swept downstream in Randallstown.

Baltimore County police spokesman Cpl John Wachter said the male, believed to be in his 40s, was pulled from the water around 1:30 p.m. on Southall Road and was being worked on by medical personnel.

Lt. Jay Ringgold  with the Baltimore County Fire Department said the victim was rescued by fire crews and transported to Northwest Hospital.
