Man arrested in string of commercial robberies in Baltimore and Carroll Counties, Baltimore City

A man wanted for robberies in Baltimore and Carroll Counties and Baltimore City is arrested in Pennsylvania. 

Jesse Lee Fisher, 28, was found at a motel in McConnellsburg, Pennsylavania. Fisher will be extradited to Baltimore County to face charges in connection with the following armed robberies: 

  • June 29 - 7-Eleven at 200 Back River Neck Road in Essex 
  • July 4 - 7-Eleven at 204 Bowleys Quarters Road in Essex 
  • July 5 - Hallmark at 43 West Aylesbury Road in Cockeysville
  • July 5 - Belair Cleaners at 7950 Belair Road in Parkville

He also face charges for an armed robbery in Carroll County at a gas station on July 2 and for a robbery of a dry cleaning store in Baltimore City on July 5.

Baltimore County Police released surveillance video of the suspect and it led them to issue an arrest warrant for Fisher.

Baltimore County detectives were assisted by the Pennsylvania State Police in making the arrest.
