Half of southwest Baltimore County schools over capacity

Half of the elementary schools in Baltimore County's southwest area are over capacity, according to an annual report released by the school district. 

Of the area's 20 elementary schools, 10 are over capacity. Chadwick Elementary and Lansdowne Elementary are each more than 147 percent over capacity. Baltimore Highlands Elementary, Halethorpe Elementary and Relay Elementary are all 122 percent over capacity.

Catonsville Middle is at 108.66 percent over capacity and Catonsville High is at 100 percent capacity.
