A former Towson University coach charged with secretly videotaping the women's dive team, is due in court Wednesday.

A plea hearing is scheduled for Maureen Mead, who's facing three charges including interception of communication, Peeping Tom, and altering physical evidence in a criminal proceeding.

Back in October, students found a cell phone in the Women's Swimming and Diving Team locker room that reportedly had been recording students without their consent.

The plea hearing signals Mead and Baltimore County prosecutors have reached an agreement ahead of her pending trial.
