Baltimore County police arrest 29-year-old Alexander Morgan Francis on Wednesday in the connection to a shooting that happened Saturday.
According to police, Francis was identified by two women who were able to flag police once they heard gunshots and saw Francis running from Punjab Drive. They say he then started to shoot at their vehicle.
Officials say they later found Francis in a nearby alley and charged him with First Degree Assault and weapon violations.
