Baltimore County police are looking for additional victims in a pattern of armed robberies in Dundalk. Two people were arrested in connection with the crimes.

Police believe the woman suspect would lure the victim into a Dundalk neighborhood and then they robbed at gunpoint by another suspect.

The criminal couple's operation has gone so smoothly that police think there could be other victims.

“She had met the victim at a different location, they had arranged to have some kind of sexual encounter, she told him to meet her there at that intersection,” said Officer Jennifer Peach with the Baltimore County Police Department.

She brought them to the intersection of Birch Avenue and Walnut Avenue.

“Moments later, the suspect came up, got into the car and same thing – pointed the gun, demanded money," said Peach.

It's happened twice in July. The first time, on July 15, two Hispanic males claimed to have parked there because of car troubles. The second time, on July 23, one Hispanic male admitted he went there for something in return.

“Every time I mow the lawn, I have to clean-up the business of prostitution and it's kind of disgusting,” said Brad Dickey.

Dickey lives next to the corner in question. He's since put up some bright lights to expose the meeting place.

He knows prostitution is a problem but it was unsettling to hear that one of the victims was shot after he tried to flee.

“The suspect got out of the vehicle and shot at him. It did strike him one time in the upper portion of his body but it was a minor injury and he survived that,” Peach said.

“I was awake and I didn't hear anything and my bedroom window is right at the front of the house,” said Danielle Eppard.

Eppard lives in the neighborhood and described it as quiet and peaceful. She was shocked to find out that the dead end intersection was the place for the ruse.

“What we want to do is build a strong case against these two suspects. We are not concerned with how our victims got to that intersection or what brought them there. We are concerned with what happened once they were at the intersection,” said Peach.

Police have not identified the two suspects. They are both being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center, charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder, 1st Degree Assault, Armed Robbery, and the Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony. The male suspect is also charged with two counts of Armed Robbery, two counts of 1st Degree Assault, Handgun on Person, and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony for the armed robbery that occurred on July 15.
