A new restaurant called Citron opened on Monday at Quarry Lake at Greenspring. It offers contemporary American cuisine with a French twist.
There are dining rooms, two bars and waterfront deck seating. It's the first restaurant that Baltimore caterer Charles Levine has opened.
"Opening Citron has been a long-time goal of mine, and I'm truly thankful for the many talented people who've helped to make it a reality," Levine said. "On behalf of everyone involved in this venture, I'm excited to introduce Citron to Baltimore."
There's seafood, chicken and apple caramel cheesecake to name a few things on the menu. Many of the ingredients are locally sourced.
