Natural Resources Police say they pulled a body out of the mouth of Middle River Wednesday morning.
The body has been identified as John Martin, 58, of Fallston.
NRP were called to the scene by Baltimore County Fire shortly after 7:30 a.m.
The body was found in the water in the 600 block of Rockaway Beach Avenue.
Martin was reported missing on September 4. Police were told Martin was last seen in the area of his boat at the Baltimore Yacht Club.
Police will continue to investigate how Martin ended up in the water.
