Greg Novik, the owner of a very popular breakfast spot in Baltimore passed away Wednesday night.
Greg's Bagels opened in 1989 in the Belvedere Square Market. In August of 2016 the restaurant closed its doors after Novik was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. A hand-written sign was left on the door of his business letting people know he's closing shop to undergo surgery. That same year he sold the business.
Novik died at the age of 71 due to complications with pancreatic cancer.
