Baltimore has some of the worst traffic in the country.
INRIX a data collection company put together a traffic congestion report card.
They ranked Baltimore 18th in the U.S. saying the average commuter spent 27 hours in traffic last year.
Washington, D.C. came in 13th - with drivers wasting 40 hours in the car in 2013.
Los Angeles was ranked number one with the worst traffic in the country - since in 2013 the average commuter spent 64 hours trapped in traffic.
