Baltimore County Police and Fire officials responded to Midthorn Park around 5:30 p.m. Sunday for reports of a man floating in water.
The man was transported to Franklin Square Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The identity of the victim will be released pending the notification of his family, according to police.
This incident is under investigation.
