Finding a spot to park while doing your holiday shopping is about to get a bit easier.
Baltimore County is encouraging you to shop 'till you drop, by offering two hours of free parking. From Thanksgiving to Sunday, parking will be free at over 1,700 parking meters.
All you need to do is look out for meters that are covered with red seasons greetings bags.
Officials hope the free parking encourages people to support local shops and small businesses on Saturday. The county is also offering free meter parking from December 20 to the 25.
