SPARKS, Md. - A Baltimore County mother, who invented the safety tattoo, will appear on Friday's episode of 'Katie.'
It's happened to almost all parents at one point. You're in a busy amusement park, the mall or a crowded spot. You look away and you can't find your child.
We first showed you Michele Welsh in 2008. She came up with her invention after taking three kids to play in a crowded amusement park.
The temporary tattoos are customized with something special, a parent's cell phone number.
In her first year, she sold more than 150,000.
You can even customize the tattoos if your child has special needs or health issues.
