Baltimore County Police and Fire department invited the community to a fun evening of trick or treating on Monday evening.
The Wilkins Precinct Community Outreach Unit brought police cars, officers, firetrucks, firefighters to interact with the children of the community on the lot of Walmart and Giant in Catonsville.
The event was free and allowed children to participate in a fun evening filled with laughs and Halloween candy.
