Two people trapped at a Baltimore bus stop by a flash flood were rescued by a man with a truck Friday.
Faith Grindle, owner of Prestige Bail Bonds, caught the heroic act on her cell phone.
“I went outside to smoke a cigarette and everybody who was outside was screaming and going crazy,” she said.
In the video, the truck backs up to the bus stop, which was flooded with over a foot of water.
Police had blocked off the intersection and as a fire engine approached the flooded Highland Avenue at East Fayette Street.
“We talked to the guy for the minute. I just told him good for him. You don’t find a lot of people like that,” Grindle said. “I’ve never seen anything like that.”
