Travelers won't have to worry about delays at Penn Station in Baltimore this weekend.
Amtrak planned another round of track work near the station Saturday July 21, and Sunday July 22; but now the work which would have affected MARC Train's Penn Line has been postponed.
Trains will be running on their regular weekend schedule.
Amtrak started the track work last weekend, and there were delays. Amtrak plans to reschedule the repairs that still need done. No word on when that will happen.
The track work is to replace a part of the railroad needed to maintain safe and reliable operations.
